Disney Cartoons' Italian soundtracks

Ciao! Cercaba canzoni di Disney en italiano. I'm so sorry, but I have to write in English or Spanish because I don't know your language but I can understand it.
I like Disney's soundtracks and I want to listen those songs in other languages as Italian, French, Chinese, Japanese, Portugues, etc. So I was trying to find some of those songs in youtube and I found two blogs in portuguese whit Disney songs in such language, and another in Italian but with few sundtracks. And finally I discovered yours.

When I was in Rome I could buy CDs with the best songs but not soundtracks. I actually want to listen the songs from the last films as Home on the Range, Meet the Robinsons, Tinkerbell, etc. The bad thing is that I don't know the movie title in Italian and sometimes I don't know if it really exits the soundtrack in your language.
